A 7-STEP PROCESS

The following 7-step process outlines the typical Onesource Water (OSW) approach to acquiring bottleless water companies. This timetable is largely at the discretion of the seller.

BUSINESS OWNERS WHO SELL TO OSW CONTINUALLY COMMENT ON OUR FAIR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

  1. SITE VISIT: The initial meeting between the owner and OSW.
  2. INFORMATION REQUEST: List of key pieces of information OSW needs to issue a potential Term Sheet. (1-2 weeks)
  3. TERM SHEET: Outline of the proposed offer, including price and terms. (1-2 weeks)
  4. LETTER OF INTENT: Agreement between the seller and OSW outlining the structure of the acquisition. (1-2 weeks)
  1. DUE DILIGENCE: Onesource Water uses a 30-60 day period to examine the business. Areas include: financial, technology, customer and contract analysis, real estate, and general business operations.
  2. PURCHASE & SALE: Agreement reached. (1-2 weeks)
  3. CLOSING: Total Approximate Time: 8-16 weeks. (2-3 months)
